Elsa Pataky and Luke Bracey to bring the heat to Netflix in new thriller film

Elsa Pataky and Luke Bracy are set to be a part of Netflix's new film 'Interceptor' from director Matthew Reilly. Pataky is no stranger to action thrillers having starred in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise and it will be fun to see her lead opposite Bracey who is known to be the "boy-next-door" in an action film. Reilly, who is a writer first and foremost with titles such as Scarecrow and the Army of Thieves, Seven Ancient Wonders, and The Tournament, under his belt is set to direct the feature that he co-wrote with 'When the War Began' screenwriter Stuart Beattie. The film follows an Army lieutenant who must utilize her years of tactical training and military expertise to save humanity when sixteen nuclear missiles are launched at the U.S., and a violent coordinated attack simultaneously threatens her remote missile interceptor station. Production is slated to take place in New South Wales, Australia.
