| Synopsis : | Singers, musicians, choreographers, and directors, from different nationalities, between the ages of 18 and 27, converge at the Academy of the Paris Opera to learn the ropes of the performance art medium. First Steps at the Opera traces their journey through the six months of their course at the institute. As they pick up the secrets of opera, they also struggle with living with each other in a foreign city, some cope with self-doubt, while some overcome hurdles of language, culture, jealousy, insecurity and yet, create magic on stage. | ||
