Netflix Will Soon Stream Tea Leoni-Starrer 'Madam Secretary,' And We Suggest You Watch It!

It's been a while since we saw a realistic and earnest look at politics in the American capital. There are alternates like Veep and House of Cards but those shows may be, how do we put it, a tad bit exaggerated. Meanwhile, CBS's Madam Secretary is a smaller show which has neatly packaged a lot of solid drama in its six seasons.
Netflix US has just acquired the final season, and the whole show is soon to be made available on Netflix India as well. The show is led by a superlative Tea Leoni who provides gravitas to the central role of a former CIA analyst and professor who is made secretary of state and must take on powerful political enemies from Russia and China.
"You don't think outside the box—you don't even know there is a box," her boss, aka the president of the United States (Keith Carradine), tells McCord at one point. Gems such as these feature in this smart and unpredictable show.
So put a reminder for Madam Secretary and binge-watch its six seasons soon.
