The trailer for 1962: The War In The Hills shows various glimpses from the 1962 Indo-China War, where one particular company in the Indian army is tasked with resisting the advance of the Chinese forces in Ladakh. Loosely based on the Battle of Rezangla, the series will show how this company of 125 soldiers fought valiantly against nature and 3000 Chinese soldiers to save their motherland.
Produced by Arre Studio and directed by Mahesh V. Manjrekar, the series stars Abhay Deol, Mahie Gill, Sumeet Vyas, Hemal Ingle, Rohan Gandotra, Akash Thosar, Pooja Sawant, Meiyang Chang, Annup Sonii, Arif Zakaria and others. The series will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on Feb 26, 2021.
