Ever since Sony LIV revamped their app with a new UI, new titles and an all-new experience, there has been lots to check out on the platform which is slowly finding its foot amidst the audience. And now, Sony LIV is on the verge of dropping a world-renowned series that has caught everybody's attention already.
On 10th July, the platform will air 'Alex Rider', an action-packed espionage thriller that is written by Anthony Horowitz. The trailer of the series is short but showcases a young man who is pulled into the world of a spy when his uncle (who was a spy himself) is killed. Alex is pulled into new territories, handed with new assignments that he has to complete without fail.
The show seems to have a mood of a James Bond movie packed with the style of a Kingsman. The action scenes are nicely stitched into the trailer, making us want more from the show which would definitely be on the watchlist of many now.
The series stars Otto Farrant, Ronke Adekoluejo and Brenock O'Connor along with Vicky McClure who is known for her roles in Line of Duty and Broadchurch.
Alex Rider is just a week away from its release date, which is the 10th of July.
