Kavita, Jayati and Veera are married to Nilesh, Lalit and Jatin respectively. While Kavita is regularly pimped out by Nilesh to his friends, Jayati is a victim of domestic violence at Lalit's hands. And Jatin is an abusive husband and father. Fed up of being victims, the three wives take matters into their hands, and hatch a plot to assassinate their husbands.

With their husbands out of the way, the three wives are now free to lead their own lives. But it’s not going to be a smooth ride for them, as a police officer starts looking at all the gaps in the investigation and turns to them as the prime suspects. The trailer for Black Widows shows the rapidly developing cat-and-mouse game between the three wives and the cop that threatens to spill into chaos.

Produced by Big Synergy Media, this series is an official adaptation of the 2014 Finnish drama of the same name. Directed by Birsa Dasgupta, whose earlier drama Mafia released on ZEE5 earlier this year, the show has a star-studded cast that includes Mona Singh, Shamita Shetty, Swastika Mukherjee, Sharad Kelkar, Mohan Kapur, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, Raima Sen and others.
