As Fred Hampton rises through the ranks of the revolutionary Black Panther Party that actively campaigns for African-Americans, the FBI gets alarmed at his growing influence. FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover and Special Agent Roy Mitchell task William O’Neal, a thief, with infiltrating Hampton’s personal network. But can O’Neal stay true to his ideals, or will he give up Hampton’s life to save his own?
 
Based on a true story, this film is directed by Shaka King, and stars Daniel Kaluuya, Lakeith Stanfield, Martin Sheen, Jesse Plemons, Dominique Fishback and others. Judas and the Black Messiah premieres in theatres and on HBO Max on February 12, 2021.
