In 2018, one film that really made young ones go crazy about it was Love, Simon. The interestingly set teen drama revolved around a boy named Simon, who had to come into terms with the tough things in his life, including the fact that he developed a liking towards other boys alone.
Two years later, Hulu has got busy in bringing out a spin-off in the same world as that of Simon. With Nick Robinson's character going into thin air as the faceless pen pal, the new series named Love, Victor will focus on Victor played by Michael Cimino. Victor's world doesn't seem to be so easy and understanding as that of Simon, so there seems to be enough and more drama to help us sit through the entirety of the series that drops on June 19th.
The trailer of the show depicts the different angles of trouble that Victor is about to face, from his family, friends, girlfriend and the rest of the people around him. Spectacularly cut with a cheerful score, the trailer gives us hope that there is a lot in store when this series comes out. The way in which the film has been connected to the series also makes it an intriguing one, which will make people revisit the film which is now available on Disney + Hotstar.
Love, Victor also stars Ana Ortiz, James Martinez, Rachel Naomi Hilson, Bebe Wood and more.
