Trailer Touchdown: The Lie: Amazon Prime’s new mystery looks like an intriguing offering from Blumhouse!

In line with the Halloween season, Amazon Prime is about to bring forward four films from the production company Blumhouse. These four films are set to explore scary and mysterious spaces, with the first of them being The Lie directed by Veena Sud, dropping on the 6th of October.
The film’s trailer showcases a freaky incident when a girl impulsively kills her best friend by pushing her off a bridge, only to unleash a string of problems between the two parents and the other people around them. The film’s storyline seems to be spun out of a single horrific incident, with loads of troublesome consequences coming by. Though it looks like a small world for a feature film, it does seem like there are loads of twists and turns here.
The Lie stars Mireille Enos, Peter Sarsgaard and Joey King. Look forward to this film on the 6th of October.
